3.2 MOQ: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our minimum order quantity is 25 metric tons (25 MT) per shipment.
3.3 Samples: Trial packs may be available for select lots. Samples are indicative; bulk supply will conform to the agreed specifications on your final order documents.
3.4 GI respect: We supply GI-tagged rice only when expressly agreed and supported by documentation. Otherwise, we disclose the true origin and grade.
4) Orders, pricing, and payment
4.1 Orders are accepted only when we issue a written order confirmation or tax invoice. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (with any advance refunded where applicable).
4.2 Pricing, taxes, duties, freight, unloading, and insurance are as stated in our quotation/invoice. Taxes are payable as per law.
4.3 Payment terms are as specified in the quotation/invoice (for example, advance, part-payment, against LR). Late payments may accrue charges as permitted by law.
5) Specifications, quality, and claims
5.1 We supply against the agreed specs (e.g., broken %, moisture band, raw/parboiled, sortex cleaning). We typically share photos, batch notes, and loading images for transparency.
5.2 Transit/shortage/damage claims: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, LR details, and delivery notes, so we can coordinate with the transporter.
5.3 Quality concerns: Assessments are made against the pre-dispatch documentation and agreed specs. Our remedies may include replacement, credit, or other reasonable resolution as set out in our order documents.
6) Shipping, risk, and delivery timelines
6.1 We dispatch from Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal (unless stated otherwise) using third-party transporters.
6.2 Risk typically passes to you upon handover to the carrier, unless our order documents say otherwise.
6.3 Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (weather, route restrictions, regulatory checks). We share LR/e-way bill and updates to help you plan receiving and unloading.
7) Returns and cancellations
7.1 Because rice is a perishable/consumable commodity, returns are accepted only where required by law or as expressly agreed in writing.
7.2 Cancellations or changes after confirmation may not be possible, or may incur charges for costs already incurred (processing, packing, transport booking).
8) Intellectual property
